Hiring Temporary Chefs

When supplying our clients with temporary chefs we ensure that all candidates:

• Are met in a face to face interview with one of our consultants
• Have an up to date CV and health and hygiene certificate on file with Change
• Hold at least two references from previous employers on file with Change
• Have first-hand practical feedback from previous bookings, or we look to send them to you in advance of a substantial booking to trial and be introduced to the site

If you decide to hire temporary Chefs through Change, here is more information about our booking process.

1. Bookings can be made directly with Change consultants or you can call us on 07894 339 396 or email us

2. When a Temp Booking is received Change will respond via email to confirm receipt and reconfirm the booking details.

3. To confirm a booked candidate Change will email with a confirmed name and CV attached.

4. On the first day of the booking Change will call to confirm the arrival of the candidate at the start time to ensure they are with you.

5. Change will call/email at the end of the afternoon for feedback on the candidate to check on their performance and confirm they are suitable to continue on the ongoing booking or be rebooked for any future requirements.
