Vegetable and Ingredient loving chef de parties- £24K 6 shifts

Looking for a chef de Partie who loves ingredients and cares about sustainability, seasonality and freshness. The menu is led by ingredeints, primarily vegetables and grains from the ground.

You will have the opportunity to work on all sections of the kitchen, move around and learn butchery, fish filleting and become knowledgable in how to treat and respect the ingredients. Your day will be filled with learning exciting techniques; smoking, brining, curing.

It is a very busy restaurant. Up to 400- 500 covers a day! Time goes fast and you will not get bored! There are 25 other chefs in the team so you will be the part of a large group of chefs all working together to produce amazing dishes. It is quite a lot of preps so your knife skills and different techniques will really improve. You will learn to respect ingredients and produce and this will guide you towards your future career.

You will work 6 shifts a week, 4 singles, 1 double. The salary is up to £24K.
