Change is hiring freelance Chef de Parties who are available to work from now until the end of the year. Our client is a Japanese, Brazilian, Peruvian fusion restaurant located in the city of London. They are in need of additional help throughout the busy period.

The work will be full time and will consist of mainly double shifts. There could be a potential to join the team permanently.

Ideal candidates must have previous experience in a high volume restaurant. You must be bright and lively, maintain a positive attitude, must work quickly and efficiently, and hold strong attention to detail.

Our Minimum Requirements:

* You must have a minimum of 2-3 years relevant industry experience
* Passport/Visa (Proof of ability to work in the UK)
* Up to date Level 2 or above Health and Hygiene Certificate.
* Chef Whites, Knives, and Safety shoes
* At least 2 written or telephone referees/references
* Conversational, if not fluent English
