Team Leader – Restaurant / Shop
We are looking for an eager Chef De Rang / Team Leader / Supervisor to come and join our team in our Shop.
Based around a three part business; a shop, a restaurant and a bakery. We are open Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm, Saturday 8am – 5pm and Sunday 10am – 4pm. Serving Seasonal British food, from cakes, to soups, pastries, hampers and many more luxurious handmade options.
Ideally this role will suit someone who is looking for a little more responsibility, and is able to take on roles such as opening and closing duties, cashing up and placing orders with suppliers.
You will need to work closely with all staff, from management through to team members and be aware of how to work in a quality retail environment, as well as have a grounding in hospitality.
Located in the heart of Notting Hill, we pride ourselves on the quality of ingredients and our seasonal British menu that we serve.
We make everything fresh on site in bakery which is opposite our restaurant, and we are looking for a distinguished Chef De Rang / team leader who is keen to learn alongside us and add a bit of their own personal flair to service.

We are looking for ideally:

* Enthusiastic and willing to learn
* Someone with a passion for food and beverage
* A minimum of 1 years previous experience in a similar role
