Team Assistant 6 Month FTC
If you’re an experience Team Assistant with a background in non-profit organisations then we have the perfect contract role for you! Based in Central London, this role is with a fantastic organisation that does tireless work throughout the globe.
This is a challenging and interesting role and to be successful you will need strong administrative experience as well as good organisational and communication skills. As it’s a global organisation an extra language would also be beneficial.
*Liaising with outside organisations and agencies and other sections and departments within the organisation
*General office duties
*Maintaining the accuracy of databases and file records
*Attending meetings and taking minutes
*Organising section/department meetings, dealing with all necessary arrangements and liaising with Administration and Finance where appropriate
*Preparing documentation and co-ordinating section/departmental publications, including proof-reading, layout, detailing sources and writing reports for meetings
*Dealing with incoming calls, mail and requests for information
*Prioritizing on own initiative incoming correspondence and responding appropriately
*Acting as a contact person for the department and responding diplomatically and appropriately to external contacts
*Arranging complicated administrative tasks on own initiative
