Sous Chef – Trendy Fine Dining Asian

7 shifts per week (flexibility required)

We are looking for a sous chef to join the new opening of a successful Asian restaurant group in London. Therefore the sous chef must have an understanding of quality and fine dining, preferably from a Rosette or Michelin background.

The style of food is Modern Japanese, you must ideally have experience in this cuisine, or with Asian inspired cookery with a keen interest. If you have worked with Asian-influenced cuisine we are also open minded even if you have cooked more European cuisine mainly.

You will be working alongside a few Sous Chefs and reporting into the Head Chef.

A love for the hospitality and catering industry is a must!
