Small team, you will have a lot of input

We are looking for a Junior Sous or Sous Chef who has experience with Mediterranean cuisine, fresh and high quality, hard working, can provide good references and able to adapt to a small open plan kitchen. You will help the head chef with all aspects of running the kitchen including menu input.
