* Open-plan Robata section which is customer facing, sushi section (inside and also theatre)

Brigade: 15 chefs

Covers: Up to 30 covers lunch, up to 100 for dinner. Also have intimate PDRs

Shifts: Usually doubles, 10:30am – 10:30pm
