If you have volume experience and comfortable with serving over 400 covers a day we want to talk to you.
The role is in a brand new kitchen working under a very experienced head chef who has worked for some of the best branded restaurants in London.
Team work is very important, only chefs who are happy to get stuck in and being part of a team should apply. There might be times where you are having to do prep, so you must be willing to do this even though you are a manager. Ther eis a lot of back of house paperwork to be done, so experience with computer systems is required.
The food is Modern European and they cater to a restaurant and to events such as birthday and office parties.
The kitchen is located in East London, so it would be preferential if you live in commuting distance of east London .
