Sous Chef – MONDAY TO FRIDAY – DAY TIME HOURS

We are looking for a committed Sous Chef for a contract catering site in North West London. This is a Monday to Friday role and will be day time shifts only, so if you are looking for more of a work/life balance then this could be a good fit for you.

You will be catering for large numbers on a daily basis so you must be hard working and efficient in the kitchen. You must show solid managerial skills as you will be responsible for the junior members in the brigade.

Our Minimum Requirements:
* You must have a minimum of 3-4 years relevant hospitality and catering industry experience
* Passport/Visa (Proof of ability to work in the UK)
* Up to date Level 2 or above Health and Hygiene Certificate.
* Chef Whites and Safety shoes
* At least 2 written or telephone referees/references
* Conversational, if not fluent English
* UK Bank Account and National Insurance Number
