This kitchen in the city of London is looking for a Sous Chef to help lead their talented brigade. Top quality suppliers are used to create Michelin standard dishes for Directors Dining.
Being in a high profile office you must be able to be flexible and come for a quality background in order to cook at the level expected. The ideal candidate will have several years’ experience working and helping to run a busy kitchen. Being a team player is vital as the kitchen is a friendly and fun environment. You need to be passionate about Modern European food, be organised, work at speed to keep up with the fast paced nature of the kitchen, as well as a desire to learn as the potential for career development is huge. Your knowledge of food and the hospitality and catering industry should be of a good standard and you should be of a high standard in HACCP and food hygiene.
The role will be working 8 shifts during the week with a generous salary of up to £35,000 plus tronc based on previous experience
