A great opportunity is now available for an experienced Sous Chef to work in an amazing Brasserie based in the heart of Central London.

You will be working for a prestigious restaurant group. The hours will be Mon – Fri all doubles and the food will be French inspired dishes. The style will be quite casual but the food you will be cooking will consist of fresh ingredients and attention to detail is key.

You will be leading a small team of two chefs in the kitchen. You will have chance to experiment with the menu and create your own dishes.

The ideal candidate would be someone who has previously worked for a Michelin/2AA rosette restaurant and is looking for less hours but still maintaining an enthusiasm for amazing and refined food.

Our Minimum Requirements:

* Passport/Visa (Proof of ability to work in the UK)
* Up to date Level 2 or above Health and Hygiene Certificate.
* Chef Whites and Safety shoes
* At least 2 written or telephone referees/references
* Conversational, if not fluent English
* UK Bank Account and National Insurance Number
