An awarded Modern British restaurant in Central London is looking for a strong Sous Chef to become part of the team.

As a Sous Chef you will need previous experience in a Michelin or Rosette Fine Dining Establishment and understand the importance of high standard consistency in a prestigious environment.

THE ROLE

In charge of deputising in head chef’s absence

Leading the team by example

Training juniors and monitoring smooth running of the kitchen

Michelin Pastry Chef – £32K Strong Chef de Partie

CONDITIONS
8 shifts per week (3 days off when possible)

£32K to £38K basic + overtime and service charge
