We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join one of London’s finest establishments in their Gastropub outlet.

* Fantastic opportunity to be producing modern British cuisine to the highest of standards
* Classic British dishes rejuvenated with the ingredients sourced from the best suppliers across the UK
* Brigade of 7 chefs overseen by one of the highest respected chefs of modern day cookery
* 5 day working week working up to 60 hours
* 28 days holiday- inclusive of Bank Holidays
* Attractive salary package of £35,000+ service

Successful applicants must have proven experience within reputable restaurants or hotels within a Sous Chef position.
