We are looking for a talented Sous Chef who is able to maintain great standards of quality, motivate a team, assist with training and mentoring.
Experience with Mediterranean or Turkish cuisines is essential.

* New opening Restaurant
* 50-60 hours per week
* Experience with fresh produce
* College Qualification in the kitchen is preferable
