* Cuisine: Japanese / Sushi – They work a lot on the Robata Grill
* Seats: 40 sets / Covers: Up to 60 for lunch & 60 for dinner
* Location: Mayfair
* Brigade: 6 chefs
* Hours: 48 hours per week (you can do more if you want to)
* Open: from Monday to Saturday
* Shifts: 5 per week
* Salary: around £32K (it will depend of the experience you have in Japanese Cuisine)
