Sous Chef – Fun American Cuisine – Great Company- Up to £30K
Sous Chef needed to join a fun and fantastic themed American style restaurant and bar!
With the current food trend in London being full of burgers, steaks, lobsters and whisky sours, this is the perfect medly of all of these!
The Sous Chef will support a team of 8 chefs. You will work 7- 8 shifts a week (about 3 doubles). The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays so you will always have your 2 days off!
The sous chef I am looking for will have experience in quality volume dining. The menu will change about 3 times a year, so there is some creative input.
Everything is made fresh in house. All Ice creams and sweet treats are homemade. Meat is smoked and butchered by the chefs.
The salary is around £28K plus generous service charge.
