Sous Chef from a Michelin background, New Restaurant Opening

Join a brilliant new restaurant opening in Central London, working with one of the best chefs in London!

The Executive Chef has a reputation among London restaurants and has trained with some of the best chefs around the UK. He is looking for a Sous Chef to join his team who will share his values and passion for high quality food.

The Sous Chef will need Michelin-star experience and an understanding of running a new kitchen. The new restaurant will be opening by the end of the year so you have to be ready for the Christmas rush!

As Sous Chef you will need to be able to jump on any section in the kitchen, and help supervise and train junior chefs. Preparing for an opening is a really exciting time in a team, so you will bond closely with the chefs – the Executive Chef wants to run a calm and fun kitchen, rather than a shouting hotbox like some of the kitchens where he trained.

The highest quality produce will be used, making absolutely everything in house – so you have to be hands on and get stuck in!

The Sous Chef position will pay up to £30,000 a year.
