The restaurant is part of a well known company that invests on their Chefs!

* Focus on fresh ingredients
* Open kitchen – Speaking directly to customers, Chef must be outgoing and presentable
* 50hrs per week
* South East London location
* Salary up to £30,000
* Flexible Hours
* Needs to be able to motivate and manage the team
* Great room to grow within the Company

To qualify, you will need:

* Experience as Sous Chef in high standards of quality
* Knowledge and understanding of fresh ingredients
* Ability to cook in open kitchen
