Well regarded restaurant in Essex is looking for a new Sous Chef to maintain the great standards of quality with a very exciting menu!

Everything is made in house with the best ingredients and sustainably sourced ingredients.

Focused in Modern British cuisine and Seafood, the restaurant gets very busy over the weekend. The food is simple but amazingly executed!

* 50 hours per week
* Early finishes (usually finishing before 11pm)
* Seafood focused
* Closed Mondays
* All made in house
* Salary up to £32,000 package per year for the right candidate
* Experience with fresh fish is essential
* knowledge of Sushi and Sashimi is a bonus
