We are looking for a Sous Chef or a Chef de Partie willing to step up into this role for a High End events company based in South West London.

The owners of the company pride themselves in their excellent standard of food and they are looking for someone to continue to uphold this. The ideal candidate would be a Chef de Partie or a Sous Chef coming from a Michelin or Rosette background wanting to make a move away from into the catering world

They are looking for someone to head up their staff feeding contract, which will involve preparing everything in house and sending it out to the location. Though this food should be kept within a strict budget, it should still be of the highest standard.

£27-£28k

Roughly 5 days a week DAY TIME HOURS

Responsible for writing monthly menus

Costing and sticking to budgets is extremely important

Responsible for one other prep chef and any temporary chefs

ROOM TO GROW WITH THE BUSINESS – this is a new business so there is plenty of room to progress and grow with the company
