We have a fantastic opportunity on offer for an experienced Sous Chef who has worked previously in a relaxed/ casual dining restaurant. The ideal candidate must be passionate about Italian food, and eager to step in to take charge in the Head Chefs absence. This job is based in East London.

Experience:

* You will need to have previously worked with fresh produce
* Mediterranean experience is preferable but not a necessity
* South Italian/ Pulgia region Cuisine
* Will have 2/3 years’ experience as a Senior CDP/ Junior Sous within a cooking from scratch environment

Our Minimum Requirements:

* You must have a minimum of 3-4 years relevant industry experience
* Passport/Visa (Proof of ability to work in the UK)
* Up to date Level 2 or above Health and Hygiene Certificate.
* Chef Whites and Safety shoes
* At least 2 written or telephone referees/references
* Conversational, if not fluent English
