We are proud to be recruiting for a new opening in the heart of Brighton! This opportunity is for a cafe restaurant that is very produce and nutrition focused, with everything produced in house, including bakery items!

Benefits of the role:

* Day time hours- occasional evening suppers but mainly no late evenings!
* 5 days on 2 days off
* Menu creativity encouraged
* 2nd in brigade of 4 chefs

* Attractive salary of £22-24,000 per annum

The successful candidate must be interested in seasonal and local produce, inspired to create healthy and nutritionally balanced dishes! This cafe caters for all allergens and so good knowledge of how to cater for these is essential.
