Created as a way to bring authentic Portuguese food to London, this restaurant has an extensive selection of Portuguese wines to compliment their dishes and create a truly authentic experience in very polished but casual dining experience. As the Sous Chef we you would be given lots of creative freedom. This will be the perfect opportunity to learn and impress.

You will be working in an open plan kitchen, speaking directly with the customers. You will need to have a very friendly, sociable attitude and always be well presented. In the absence of the Head Chef you will also need to be able to manage and motivate your team. Apply now if you are a team player and have a passion to be creative.

The Restaurant:

* Food: Modern Portuguese Tapas | Lots of fresh Fish dishes
* Chef Hours: 50hrs per week
* Chef shifts: 6-7 SHIFTS
* Covers: 100 covers daily
* Brigade: Brigade of 5 Chefs
* Benefits: Flexible Hours

We require:

* *At least 3 years relevant industry experience
* * Eligibility to live and work in the UK
* * At least 2 written or telephone referees/references
