* Salary up to £32,000 + Overtime
* Located in South West London
* Day hours!
* 50 hours contract
* Monday to Friday
* Need flexibility to work some evenings or weekends
* Working with both permanent and temporary members of staff

To qualify for the role you will need:

* Stability in dates and employment is vital
* Experience with Events and catering or Banqueting
* Experience with high quality and fresh produce and fine dining
* MUST have high volume experience
* Previously working as Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef
