SOUS CHEF – CONTRACT CATERING – NORTH WEST LONDON

We are looking for an experienced contract catering Sous Chef/ Bar Chef to run the main staff food outlet for a large office building in North West London.

Benefits:

40 hour week working Monday to Friday

Up to £26000 annual salary

Must have:

A good command of English and be an effective communicator

Good cooking abilities and food knowledge

Understanding of budgeting & GPs

A minimum of level 3 food safety and level 3 health & safety & allergens

Previous experience in a bistro or restaurant would help in this role.
