We are looking for a Sous Chef for this contract catering and events space in East London. The site itself is host to several year-round events as they have multiple function areas and rooms. They also have an onsite café which is open to the public and sells fresh food, with everything made from scratch.

As the Sous Chef you would oversee the whole operation, including the café and all the events and conferences. The ideal candidate should be organised and efficient, you will be working in the kitchen as well as being responsible for all paperwork.

Monday-Friday (flexible hours)

Fresh food, everything made on site from scratch

Pastry skills desirable

Responsible for canapés, buffets and bowl food for events
