We are looking for a Sous Chef to join this exciting catering company based in South West London. You will be heading up their new staff feeding contract which will involve outsourcing food from their kitchen to a brand new 5 star hotel.

The food will be simple classics in big quantities but without losing the high standard that the catering company stand for. You would have to be organised and efficient, ensuring everything is planned and that budgets are adhered to.

The company itself specialises in exquisite food for events and private functions – they are looking for a chef with a strong background in fine dining as the food is at an excellent standard.
