We are running a modern European Restaurant in the heart of Victoria and are looking for some budding Sous chefs to come and develop with us.

We offer a friendly and productive work environment in a busy and high-volume restaurant. We are based partially in residential areas, and also streets with high foot traffic – meaning we have a very good rate of customers all day everyday – so someone looking for a busy & challenging work environment would be amazing!

We are looking for people who want to create fresh, seasonal food in a refined environment.

Ideal Candidate:

* A Sous Chef who is interested in learning and developing in the kitchen
* Experience of managing a team of 9+ chefs
* Someone who is time conscious and can work in a busy environment, overseeing over 200 covers per service
* A good, can do attitude
* At least 2 years’ experience at your current level
* A great Chef who is enthusiastic about this opportunity and building a rapport within a great kitchen.

This will be a fast paced, busy work environment. We operate over 400 covers daily and will be having lots of private dinners and events throughout the year. We are looking for someone who will be used to dealing with a high-pressure environment and working in a volume restaurant in a calm manner.
