We are looking for exceptional Sous Chef to run banqueting section at this luxury 5-star hotel. Someone who is energetic, understands high volume operation and has a previous banqueting experience. It is a great opportunity for established and creative chef to join the team focusing on outstanding quality food.

* Extensive experience as a Sous Chef in banqueting kitchen
* In depth knowledge of 5-star kitchen processes and operations
* Strong understanding & application of French, British & International cuisine
* Excellent knowledge of French Kitchen terms

Salary of £38,000 basic + service
