This great bakery serves artisan bread on markets all over London. They are currently looking for an experienced baker on Sous Chef position to help manage their production site in East London.

* 5 days a week and 2 days off
* High volume bread making
* Experience with starter dough needed as they minimise the use of yeast
* Experience with bread and leavening dough necessary
* Good managing skills
* Salary from £25,000 to £30,000 per year, depending on experience.
