AA Rosette modern European Brasserie is looking for a Sous Chef to join their 30 chef Brigade.

This is a unique opportunity to join a well regarded establishment with expansion projects for 2018.

The role

* You will be overseeing the kitchen in the head chef’s absence
* Working on the sections and training the brigade
* You will be working alongside a very talented and well regarded chef patron
* Involved in menu creativity
* 7 shifts / 50 hours per week and paid overtime.

This is the role for you if

* you have at least 2 years experience as a Sous /junior Sous
* You have experience in high volume kitchens
* Have worked in fine dining / AA Rosette kitchens before
