What we need from you:

* A positive attitude for problem solving
* Previous Hospitality and Catering industry experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de partie
* An enthusiastic approach to work and a cool head under pressure
* Can prep a small range of fresh salads daily and prep, grill and carve a small range of meats.
* Organise and ensure daily ordering, deliveries, stock control, overspend control, waste control, portion control.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
* Maintain food standards and regulatory requirements, temp checks etc
* Contribute to smoother running of the kitchen operation
