You will need:

* Experience as a Junior Sous Chef at least
* High-volume experience
* Good organisation skills
* Confident running a section and managing more junior members of staff
* Good knowledge of different cuts of meat
* Butchery skills are desirable
* Closed on Sundays!

Salary Package of up to £30,000 per year – 50 hours over 5 days each week!
