We are looking for a Sous Chef with Large scale event experience and real creative flair to join this top tier event company based in South West London

Working mostly in the associated production kitchen you will be the second in command of both the on event and production kitchen side of the business. Working mainly Monday to Friday you will also need to be flexible around weekends

Sous Chef Benefits;

* Salary of up to £35Kpa
* Mainly Mon-Fri daytime hours
* Fresh-produce focused, seasonal menus

What we need from you:

* Previous experience as a Sous Chef
* Previous Experience in a large Events company
* Previous Michelin or Rosette experience
* Strong communication skills
* Passport and visa where applicable
* Proof of address ie bank statement or utility bill
* Food Hygiene Certificate in line with Hospitality and Catering industry standards
* 2 years of reference contact details or written references
* National Insurance Number and bank details
