We are looking for a Sous Chef to start straight away, working in a fresh food, Modern Asian Cuisine Bar in Central London.

Everything is super fresh, made on the day.

Hours: 50 hours per week

Brigade of 5 Chefs – Small family team

28 days Holidays per year

High quality, fast service and friendly team

The Sous Chef that we are looking for will be able to run all sections of the kitchen, be a health & safety expert and understand that presentation and quality is the most important part of the finished product.

-Great attitude

-Willing to learn how to develop and build up a business

-Experience dealing with paperwork, batch controlling is essential as every single item has its temperature checked and comply with Health and Safety norm.

The Sous Chef will be interested in structure, be diligent and have good time management

Wonderful kitchen! Spacious, clean and organised. All equipment is well maintained
