Day shift Sous Chef – East London – Big focus on breakfast and brunch! Salary of up to £30Kpa!
A very popular East London breakfast and brunch spot now has a vacancy for a Sous Chef to help lead their team and introduce a new twist to their menu! This is a great opportunity for a creative Sous Chef to infuse an already established menu with your own dishes featuring superfoods, vegetarian and vegan alternatives. You should have experience working with artisan breads, cooking a-la-carte breakfasts for large numbers and creating breakfast and brunch dishes. Hospitality and Catering industry experience working in a fast-paced restaurant would be advantageous as well as a creative flair for incorporating vegan and vegetarian options.
East London breakfast Sous Chef:
* Salary of up to £30Kpa
* 7am-6pm shifts
* Every evening off!

What we need from you:
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef
* Passport or ID and visa where applicable
* Proof of address ie bank statement or utility bill
* Food hygiene certificate in line with Hospitality and Catering industry standards
* National Insurance Number
* 2 years of references supplied
