High end restaurant in Central London currently looking for an experienced Sous chef to join the 20 chef Brigade.

We are a popular Modern European Restaurant with Eastern influences.

We offer AA Rosette standard cuisine at a high volume, and focus on the best seasonal produce to create new flavour pairings and combinations.

We are looking for a Sous Chef with

* 2 years experience as a Sous or Junior Sous in a high quality kitchen
* A strong chef capable of handling volume and leading a big brigade
* A positive and hardworking candidate who will fit in, and understand the importance of team work

The role

* As a Sous Chef you will be deputising head chef
* Working in the pass
* In charge of training the juniors and leading by example
* 55 hours / 7 shifts / 5 days on 2 off
* £35.000
