We are looking for a Sous Chef for a rustic French yet sophisticated Restaurant with Rosettes and 1 Michelin Star, an amazing opportunity to work with one of the industry’s BEST. The menu is seafood inspired featuring the freshest local in-season ingredients. The brigade is friendly and works well as a team. A fantastic opportunity to develop and grow within the company to further your chef career and learn new techniques.
