Weekdays-only Sous Chef position with ASAP start in the City of London – fresh food, intimate atmosphere and a great salary package of up to £30Kpa!!
A Monday to Friday position is now available for a driven, experienced Sous Chef to join a small team in the City of London. This Italian cuisine casual dining restaurant uses quality ingredients and produce, preparing almost all of their dishes exclusively in-house. This small 35-seater restaurant provides a haven from the mad rush of city life.
This position is immediately available, starting as soon as possible in an ideally located city of London location! Shifts patterns typically range 9-10 shifts a week, with every weekend off. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Sous Chef and extensive experience in Italian cuisine. You should ideally have at least 7 years in total in the Hospitality and Catering industry, with a strong focus on restaurants and fresh produce.

What we need from you:
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef with an Italian cuisine background
* Passport or ID and visa where applicable
* Proof of address ie bank statement or utility bill
* Food Hygiene Certificate in line with Hospitality and Catering industry standards
* 2 years of reference contact details or written references
* National Insurance Number and bank details
