We have a unique opportunity on offer for an experienced Sous Chef who is looking to work within a well established 2AA rosette restaurant based in the Mayfair area.

The restaurant offers fresh British produce with seasonal menu changes on a regular basis. You would be working within a brigade of 6-7 chefs. This role would also involve working closely with the Head Chef in menu creation.

You will need to have experience at Sous Chef level, be a stronger leader, able to work a high volume service throughout the week and weekends, have experience in Modern European cooking, and be able to work breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.

Opening hours are Monday – Sunday and you will be working 7 shifts a week.

Our Minimum Requirements:

* Passport/Visa (Proof of ability to work in the UK)
* Up to date Level 2 or above Health and Hygiene Certificate.
* Chef Whites and Safety shoes
* At least 2 written or telephone referees/references
* Conversational, if not fluent English
* UK Bank Account and National Insurance Number
