Sous Chef – £26k – Luxury Hotel

We are looking for a dedicated chef looking to join Kent’s finest retreats. This role is suited to proven Sous Chefs or strong CDP’s looking to take their first step in their senior career!

Benefits include:

* Variation: catering for events, a la carte fine dining restaurant and popular afternoon tea, you will get to work in a number of quality kitchens
* Management experience: You will be in charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
* Shifts: 45 hours weekly- 5x straight shifts
* Location: Just 15 minutes outside of Ashford and Folkestone- candidates must possess a full driving licence
* Salary: Competitive salary of £24,000- £26,000 (dependent on experience)
