A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the culinary team of one of Hong Kong’s top Conference and Exhibition Venues as the Executive Sous Chef for the Western Cuisine Kitchen.
As the Executive Sous Chef, you would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a fast paced and large kitchen team that not only caters for extremely large sits down events and buffet lunches but you will also oversee a number of busy restaurants.
You will be a highly organised individual capable of running multiple events and managing a diverse and large team of chefs.
In this role you will also have extensive knowledge of cooking modern Western food as well as experience in all aspects of running a busy kitchen from, stock taking, ordering, dealing with suppliers and maintaining hygiene standards.
The ideal candidate will be currently working as a Senior Sous Chef level within a 5 Star Hotel and be a hands on individual capable of getting the respect of a team and driving service standards forward.
