We are looking for experienced Sous Chef to join this all-day-dining operation with a menu of seasonal, contemporary British cuisine.
* High volume operation
* Team of 35 chefs in the brigade.
* Working around 7 shifts per week over 5 working days
* 28 days holidays including bank holidays
