Main Responsibilities:

* Contribute to menu creation
* Manage and train the kitchen brigade effectively to ensure a well-organized and motivated team
* Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
* Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue
* Follow health & safety and food hygiene regulations
* Manage customer relations when necessary, in the absence of the Head Chef
* Handle customer queries & complaints

* Previous working experience at Sous Chef level. He already has a Junior Sous and is reluctant to have someone come in with the same experience as the current.
* Passionate and creative about the food
* Exceptional level of attention to details
* Strong supervisory skills
* Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
* Excellent planning and organizing skills
* Team player and ability to delegate staff
