Requirements:

* Previous experience as sous chef is essential
* Japanese cuisine background not necessary as training will be provided
* Suitable role for someone from a fast-pace independent restaurant
* Hardworking and vibrant attitude with a passion for food
* Health and Hygiene Certificate
* Team Player, Reliable and can provide references on request
