East London fine dining Gastro Pub Sous Chef – paying up to £34,000pa!

A permanent Sous Chef position is currently available for an East London fine dining gastro pub to join their brigade of 7 chefs. This incredible opportunity consists of 7 shifts a week in 48 hour week with paid overtime!

An excellent standard of restaurant quality food is the focus of this establishment, as well as catering for private events and exclusive hire. You should have previous Hospitality and Catering industry experience running a section in a restaurant. Banqueting and events experience would be advantageous, however not essential.

This is an excellent chance for a hard working Sous Chef to gain some amazing, fine dining experience and still be afforded a work-life balance!

What we need from you:

* Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a restaurant or gastro pub
* Passport or ID and visa where applicable
* Proof of address ie bank statement or utility bill from the last 3 months
* Food Hygiene Certificate in line with Hospitality and Catering industry standards
* 2 years of references supplied
* National Insurance Number
