Our client has a global presence with 53 offices in 32 countries around the world including in London, New York, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Dubai and Shanghai.

This role involves monitoring the progress of settlements and ensuring the accuracy of the client accounting ledgers. The Settlements Co-ordinator will provide an exceptional client service both internally and externally and will maintain the timely and accurate settlements of sales.

Main Duties:

*To take ownership of the client accounting ledgers and using the tools provided, ensure that outstanding queries and issues are followed up and resolved.

*To use the accounting software confidently to enable the smooth running of sale processes.

*Maintain a good relationship with credit coordinators to ensure effective communication and liaise with the Treasury department regarding cash flow and foreign currency exchanges.

*Maintain a good level of knowledge of the higher level financial deals and the impact of these deals on the sale processes.

*Ensure legal and statutory requirements are met for all seller transactions.


*First class client service skills.

*Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative in a responsible and professional manner.

*Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

*Knowledge of basic accounting required.

*Experience of dealing directly with clients.

*Knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and JDE preferred.
