An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Senior Sous Chef to join this well-known 5* luxury hotel. This is vital role in the business and the ideal candidate must have a proven record and a vast amount of experience in overseeing multiple outlets on site. Keen interest in banqueting is also a must.

As a Senior Sous Chef you will be assisting an Executive Chef in menu development for all kitchens but you will also need to be able to jump into the kitchens and be very hands on if and when needed.

Ideally you will have a combination of experience in rosette restaurants and 5* hotels.

Salary £45,000
