We are an independent and very successful restaurant looking for a strong Sous / Senior Sous to join the team.

We are a causal dining Portuguese Restaurant with a small team of 6 chefs. Our menu changes daily, depending on seasonal products and the catch of the day!

Our dishes, served from an open plan kitchen, bring Mediterranean flavours in a sharing concept menu.

Work Conditions

50 hours per week

5 days per week

We are looking for someone with experience in refined / fine dining kitchens. A chef who understands flavours, seasonality and sustainability and who will create exceptional dishes with an eye to detail.

This is the role for you if you are looking to step up and take on more responsibilities. You will be trained up by the current Head Chef who will get you up to speed and make sure you are settling in well.
